The Qatar Tennis and Squash Federation was first established in 1984, later in 1986 the federation had joined the International, Asian and Arabic Federations.
In January 22nd, 2001, Squash had separated from the Tennis Federation and since that date the Qatar Squash Federation has hosted various international, regional and local squash events.
In January 2017, the game has joined again the tennis along with the badminton to be the Qatar Tennis, Squash and Badminton Federation (QTSBF).
The overall mission of the Qatar Tennis, Squash and Badminton Federation (QTSBF) is to provide young Qatari players the best resources and opportunities available to reach their maximum potential and compete in renowned tournaments locally, regionally and internationally. In addition, the Qatar Tennis, Squash and Badminton Federation is fully committed to elevate the level of the three games in the country and to turn them into the preferred sports among the community of Qatar.
To develop the next generation of Qatari players that can compete at the highest levels of international events by following the best tennis programs in the world that use state of the art facilities, high performance coaches, and cutting edge teaching and coaching methods.
